Structural
Governance
Access to our layered analytics and processing architecture is contingent upon strict adherence to these operational protocols. Failure to comply results in immediate isolation of your data node access.
Scope of Analytics
VynetraLayer acts as a consulting and processing facilitator. We provide the architecture; the integrity of original data ingestion remains the user's primary liability.
Service Usage Protocols
VynetraLayer grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our proprietary analytical architecture for personal or business internal data processing. Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering the core logic engine or attempting to bypass layered security isolation protocols.
Infrastructure usage is monitored for systemic stability. Any activity that exceeds a baseline latency impact of 0.04ms per node without prior architectural authorization may be flagged for review.
Intellectual Property & Schema Rights
All architectural diagrams, data processing methodologies, and software-level schemas are the exclusive property of VynetraLayer. While you retain ownership of your raw data, the structural containers and analytical logic used to process that data remain our proprietary intellectual property.
Users may not reproduce our "Architectural Notches" or technical documentation for public distribution or commercial resale without explicit written consent from our Bangkok HQ.
Liability Boundaries
In accordance with Thai digital commerce regulations, VynetraLayer provides its analytical services on an "as-architected" basis. We do not guarantee that the integration of our layers with legacy systems will be free from systemic friction.
Maximum aggregate liability for any architectural disruption shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user for the three months preceding the reported incident.

Service Acceptance Notice
By utilizing VynetraLayer.digital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and VynetraLayer.
Jurisdictional Clause
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from the use of VynetraLayer systems shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.
Termination Rights
We reserve the right to terminate access to our analytics platform at any time if we detect architectural sabotage or unauthorized layered data injection.
